New Hampshire Educator Effectiveness for Student Success (NHEESS), also known as NH CEEDAR, partners with state departments across the United States, institutions of higher education, local districts and other stakeholders to provide technical assistance that supports states in improving their professional learning systems to better support teaching and leading that improve outcomes for every student with disabilities.
